• Download and unzip the demo files.
• FTP all the files within the program folder exactly as they are. Follow the file structure below, note where it says (folder) do not rename your folders to include that, it is just stating what is a folder and what isn't (default structure when you unzip):

• Browse "http://www.yoursite.com/autographer/" with your web browser, if you get a list of folders such as "gallery1", "gallery2", you have directory indexing on and you can rename "gallery1..2..3" to anything and "image1..2..3" to anything, if not you can still run in "basic" mode, or you can ask your site administrator to turn on directory indexing.
• Make sure your JPEG's end in .jpg
• Make sure your JPEG's aren't optimized with progressive scan (if you don't know what this is then they probably aren't) and make sure they are in RGB color mode.
• Upload your test JPEG file up to the "gallery1" folder and name it "image1.jpg"
• Browse "http://www.yoursite.com/autographer.html" from your web browser.
