Free Use:

DiskDriver 4.00+ is free to use if:

• You are a non profit organization or using it for personal applications.
• You are promoting the software.
• You are evaluating the software for purchase or testing.

The free version requires the application to register with our server. Any information obtained will remain private (please read the end user license agreement for further details). The free version does not allow renaming of the master directory or allow multiple jukeboxes to run from one location.

Licensed Use:

If you purchase a license of DiskDriver 4.00+ you will receive the following:

• A license key allowing the application to run independent of our server.
• Ability to rename the master directory.
• Multiple jukeboxes able to run from one location, specified by your web pages.

Generating a license key requires providing us with a resolvable domain or URL. Only one domain can be registered, and can not be a super domain such as member.aol.com but can be members.aol.com/~username. Any information obtained will remain private (please read the end user license agreement for further details).

Prohibited Use:

Please do not use the application if:

• You are generating profit solely from its uses.
• You are providing it as a service to a membership.
• You are limiting access to the free version of the application.
• You are infringing on our copyrights.

We are not liable for legal action taken or damages resulting in the use of this software. Any information obtained will remain private (please read the end user license agreement for further details) unless legally required to divulge.

Upgrade request will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
